Diners can enjoy a choice of four starters, mains and desserts. Start the experience with dishes such as venison carpaccio, wild rice and cracked wheat compote with sherry vinegar jelly or Stilton and Williams pear terrine with homemade oatcakes, followed by daube of beef, with roast parsnips, carrots, roast shallots and truffle mash or tagliatelle with chestnuts, Brussels sprouts and Parmesan for main course. Round off the experience with decadent desserts including an indulgent Christmas pudding with brandy butter or a chocolate and peanut butter parfait with red wine cherries. An optional cheese and port course is also available.

Throughout the Christmas period complete your festive experience by taking the party downstairs for drinks and dancing in The Well’s cocktail den. Private parties of up to 60 people are welcomed for those looking for a more exclusive event, with a OJ available to set your festive feelings spinning.
