Enjoy dishes including involtini di tacchino (turkey breast, rolled and stuffed with breadcrumbs and herbs, served with red cabbage) and branzino in cartoccio (whole sea bass cooked ‘in a bag’ with wine and herbs and served with fresh sauteed spinach) for main course, or montebianco (a ‘mountain’ of chesnut puree, mascapone and chocolate sauce) or formaggi (a selection of regional Italian cheese served with Italian bread) for dessert.
