In my previous article I mentioned how much women (and men) loved to be spoiled from the waist-down on Valentine’s Day…

Now don’t be ludicrous! I meant from their stomaches!!

If you followed my ‘Top-Notch Valen-Dine’ restaurant suggestions, or took Option B and showered your loved one with chocolates and homemade treats, then you would be feeling pretty loved-up and bloated today. (But heck, it was worth it!)

So let me suggest a great detox to cleanse your body of all it’s overindulgent reminders of a romantic night gone by…

Blend together:
1 stick of celery
2 carrots
1 apple
1 small handful of pineapple cubes
2-3 mint leaves
1 kiwi fruit
1 small knob of fresh ginger
1 handful of ice

Share with your loved one – a.k.a last night’s partner in crime!

And viola! Cleansing your body will also cleanse your palette and have you well and ready to polish off any leftover choccies!!
