Hedonistic vacherin
Unctuous cows milk cheese from the French/Swiss boarder. Mild and creamy and sealed with spruce bark which is imparts a faintly resinous tang to the cheese. Only made in the autumn when the cows come down from the high summer pastures.

Cotswold organic blue brie
Made by Simon Weaver from the milk from his own herd at Stow-on-the-Wold, this delicious brie has already won two Taste of the West Awards.
