The restaurant, lived up to all expectations, of excellent food and service.

We visited for a Table D’hote Sunday lunch on March 21st 2010

A very wide choice on the Sunday lunch menu, we had a different main
course each which included guinea fowl, noisettes of lamb and duckling,
all came with a delicious sauce and a variety of accompaniments.
The portions were more than generous and I struggled to finish the
chocolate torte with black cherries, the other diners enjoyed pear and
almond tart with calvados ice-cream.

I would not hesitate to recommend Restaurant Severn, but booking well in
advance is essential.
