I have just returned from a magical stay at the Pool House Hotel (http://www.poolhousehotel.com ) and want to bring to your attention the amazing food that is created by their new chef Daniel Hall who was previously Head Chef at Nairn’s Restaurant and the Royal Scotsman.
The Menu, priced at £49.50 was as follows:-
Panko crusted Monkfish with Enoki Mushrooms and Ham
Roasted Quail with Parsley Porridge, Pune and Earl Grey
Rack of Lamb with Toulouse Sausage, tomato, Molasses Jam, fennel in Textures
Rhubarb Cheesecake, ” Taken Apart”
Creamed restallina Goat’s Cheese with Mico Herbs, migas, Sherry Vinegar Caramel
