COOK UP A CHRISTMAS STORM THIS DECEMBER

As the time for festive frolics draws near, why not do something totally different for your Christmas office party or client entertaining? Join Cookery School on Little Portland Street for an unforgettable party that not only provides your employees/clients with some great culinary skills, but gets them eating the fruits of their labour too!

Surrounded by the fully decked halls of Cookery School complete with brand new state-of-the-art kitchen, groups of up to 40 will be taught how to prepare a Christmas feast fit for a king. Menus are bespoke and the emphasis is always on delicious food using seasonal and, where possible, organic ingredients. Every aspect of the meal is created from scratch under the watchful eye of principal Rosaline Rathouse who will assist with all elements of the process, from preparation through to presentation.

Sample dishes include twice-baked Stilton souffles with chicory and pear salad; guinea fowl with all the classic Christmas accompaniments, stuffing, roast potatoes and cranberry sauce, followed by Christmas mince ice cream and home made Valhrona truffles. For those in search of a less traditional approach to festive dining, guests can opt for Mediterranean, Middle Eastern or even exclusively vegetarian menus.
