Each pizza uses double-proved dough making the base so fluffy and airy that when placed into the heat of the burning wood fire over for 60 seconds a puff of soft middle and crispy edge is created.

Wash down with an array of quality wines and beers from the generous drink menu and finish off by indulging in an Italian dessert of the day. You can’t go wrong.
