Lo Stuzzichino Restaurant, Sant’ Agata near Sorrento Restaurant Review
A review by “Old Chorley”
I have just returned from a week in Sant’ Agata and was delighted with the excellent food which I had at Lo Stuzzichino. This was matched by the friendliness of the staff.
The wine? – Excellent, I thought but I have to admit, I usually go for fruity New World wines, especially from Australia or South Africa. To have the opportunity to drink a wine from the slopes of Vesuvius was wonderful.
However, the Spaghetti was memorable as was the pizza and I wish that my Hotel had been B&B only as we would have been there every night at Lo Stuzzichino instead of eating the rather internationalised food at our hotel. Adequate but not memorable – best describes the food at our hotel. The bill at the end of it? Modest
I saw the chef smiling at me as we prepared to depart and I gave him a thumbs up sign through the glass partition. This brought him through for a little chat. They were so very pleased that we had enjoyed eating with them. Memorable!
