Waterloo Brasserie, COMPLIMENTS OF THE SEASON
COMPLIMENTS OF THE SEASON FROM
WATERLOO BRASSERIE
All day drinking and dining in a stylish modern European setting and an ideal location on London’s South Bank, have made Waterloo Brasserie a big hit with locals and visitors alike. But with its fine food offering and flexible layout – not to mention a late licence until 3am – this SE1 favourite is also the perfect choice for any Christmas event.
A truly unforgettable evening might begin with a welcome drink in the vibrant and buzzing upstairs bar followed by a gourmet fine dining experience in the restaurant. Then perhaps it’s downstairs to Waterloo Brasserie´s hidden treasure – an intimate bar where guests can relax with a nightcap or dance the night away.
For more intimate Christmas lunches or evening meals, the restaurant has a range of seating options, from discrete tables for two to a large circular table for groups of up to twelve.
Waterloo Brasserie´s stunning private events space meanwhile can offer seated dining for up to 65 and will accommodate between 30 to 110 for a drinks and canapés reception.
Alternatively, hiring the entire restaurant allows for a fabulous party venue for up to 250 people.
Overseen by legendary Head Chef, Frank Lebiez, menu options at the Waterloo Brasserie range from canapés to buffets to full sit-down meals. All are prepared fresh on the premises from the finest ingredients.
Festive sit down menus range from £30 to £55 per head and feature a range of options. Waterloo Braserie is also running a special Christmas lunch offer for £37 per person, comprising a three course meal, half a bottle of house wine and mineral water.
Meanwhile when it comes to canapés at Waterloo Brasserie, it’s less about cheese and pineapple on a stick and more about Pan Fried Scallops on Black Pudding Served With a Mandarin and Rosemary Sauce. The inventive and delicious selection is priced at just £15 for 15 items/per person (£12 for 10 items/per person and £10 for 7 items/per person).
A dedicated events team are on hand to help create a truly one-of-a-kind Yuletide event. They will be happy to work within a specific budget, help meet any special requests and offer a wide variety of suggestions for entertainment.
For the ultimate experience, Waterloo Brasserie can also offer joint packages with its two celebrated sister venues, legendary Soho jazz club, Ronnie Scott’s, and Queen’s Ice and Bowl in Bayswater.*
Finally, proving that all good things come to those who wait, the Waterloo Brasserie would also be delighted to offer a 20% discount on food for any belated Christmas party held from 2 January to 20 January 2009.
