You could eat out at a top restaurant this Christmas for just a few pounds more than eating at home, says The Good Food Guide.
The cost of cooking Christmas dinner at home will hit a new high this year with everything from turkey to cranberry sauce rising in price. The average cost has gone up to almost £16 per head.*
By comparison there are fantastic set-price menu bargains to be had at restaurants over the festive period – in some cases from just £17.95 per head for three courses.
