Ambience: Smart and intimate

Table setings: Immaculate with tasteful designer tableware and real
everlasting ‘candles’ in delicate glass containers.

Service: Very attentive,knowledgeable and discreet.

Food: All dishes created by the Parisian owner/chef. Fine ingredients,
imaginatively presented and without exception outstanding.

The meal seemed to flow at a leisrely pace but without any long pauses.
This ideal tempo was creaated by the insertion of delicate extras in the
form of an ‘amuse bouche’, a shot glass of soup, a sorbet and a
‘pre-sweet’ between courses – all tastefully presented and delicious.
