All positions are permanent and many offer accommodation. We are as interested in helping up and coming chefs to develop their careers as we are in placing them. A wrong move can ruin a career!

We do not work with establishments which underpay but equally we will not recommend people to highly paid positions for which they are not yet ready, as we have found that it is quite likely to impede future career development.
