Slowly add the water and mix thoroughly until the dough becomes firm, the dough should feel elasticy, but not so sticky that it sticks to your finger.  Cut the dough balls to size, 6 oz of dough will make a restaurant style ultra thin pizza. Now place the dough balls in a sealed container for around an hour.  The dough should be proofed and ready to be rolled out to size, or hand spun. Once the dough is spun out, an even spread of tomato sauce is put on.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions For Sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One small very finely chopped onion<\/p>\n<p>3 tbs olive oil<\/p>\n<p>1 crushed clove of garlic<\/p>\n<p>1 400g tin of chopped tomatos<\/p>\n<p>1 small tin of tomato puree<\/p>\n<p>Small handful of fresh basil<\/p>\n<p>half tps salt<\/p>\n<p>1 tps brown sugar<\/p>\n<p>To make the sauce, mix above ingredients up in a bowl.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Healthy Heavenly Dynamite Pizza &#8211; Heavenly Cheese and Tomato base, pastrami, <\/p>\n<p>chilli peppers, feta cheese, sour cream, fresh coriander. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 prepared 12 inch pizza<\/p>\n<p>1 ball of half fat buffalo mozzarella<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup of tomato sauce, recipe above<\/p>\n<p>1 pack of pastrami<\/p>\n<p>2 red chilli peppers, finely sliced (de-seeded, thinly sliced)<\/p>\n<p>250g of cubed half fat feta cheese<\/p>\n<p>Two or three tablespoons of half fat sour cream<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc of a bunch of  fresh coriander<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mix the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.<\/p>\n<p>Slowly add the water and mix throughly until the dough becomes firm, the dough should feel elasticy, but not so sticky that it sticks to your finger.<\/p>\n<p>Cut the dough balls to size, 6 oz of dough will make a restaurant style ultra thin pizza.<\/p>\n<p>Now place the dough balls in a sealed container for around an hour.<\/p>\n<p>The dough should be proofed and ready to be rolled out to size, or hand spun like some of the posers at Heavenly Pizzas!<\/p>\n<p>Once the dough is spun out, an even spread of tomato sauce is put on.<\/p>\n<p>Now add a shake of oregano, and a shake of garlic salt to flavour the crust.<\/p>\n<p>In bowl mix feta cheese and tear some buffalo mozzarella.
