Pete Jeary, Hawksmoor Spitalfields bar manager (Lonsdale, Rockwell) will be introducing The Bridging Hour cocktails \u2013 a selection of drinks created specifically for the time between lunch and the early evening cocktail hour. Popular in the pre-Prohibition golden era of American cocktails, the Bridging Hour drinks, such as The Dandy (Hennessy VS cognac, stirred with maraschino, sugar and Benedictine and topped with Champagne) will set the mood for the evening ahead perfectly.
