Bruce joins the hotel, having previously worked at Jury\u2019s Clifton Ford Hotel, where he assisted with the re-launch of the successful 108 Marylebone Lane. An English national, Bruce will oversee all the hotel\u2019s F&#038;B operations, including Spicers Restaurant, In Room Dining and all Conferences, Meetings &#038; Events. Over the next few weeks, Bruce will be implementing new menus and dishes, so we are very excited to have him on board. <\/p>\n<p>Refettorio under the direction of <strong>Michelin-star Giorgio Locatelli<\/strong>, is still going from strength-to-strength and has established itself as one of London\u2019s favorite Italian restaurant\u2019s. <strong>Mattia Camorani, Refettorio\u2019s Head Chef<\/strong>, who has worked closely with Giorgio for many years, maintains the high standard set and envied by many chefs working in the capital. Refettorio serves excellent Italian specialties, from authentic antipasti, to regional homemade pasta dishes, and with its spacious bar, is the perfect place to meet for an after work glass of wine sharing one of the restaurant\u2019s fabulous charcuterie and cheese platters.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel recently introduced the Chef\u2019s Table. Guests who would like to learn more about the traditional and regional food Mattia prepares, can now dine at the Chef\u2019s Table set right in the heart of the kitchen<strong>. Mattia will tailor-make a special menu and along with his team of chefs prepare a four-course meal, taking guests through the individual courses step-by-step.<\/strong>    <\/p>\n<p>Taste &#8211; This year Mattia and his team will once again return to the Taste of London Event &#8211; the gastronomic extravaganza which is seen as one of the world\u2019s greatest food festivals. The event will take place in Regent\u2019s Park from 19-22nd June and will be an opportunity for people to sample dishes prepared by Mattia. Press day will be the first day -19th June.
