At only 25, the young Cooper has garnered experience throughout the UK and Europe, with some of the continent\u2019s leading Michelin starred chefs. <\/p>\n<p>Inspired by British classics, Cooper will bring his own creativity to the menu, introducing dishes like Whole Boneless Quail with Bubble and Squeak or Mutton and Lamb Shank Pie.  However, his signature dessert is inspired by his childhood favourite Knickerbocker Glory, where every component of the dish is home made.  Liam Cooper explains, \u201cI am passionate about British food and the seasons that produce some of the best flavours in the world. We are so lucky to have such tremendous quality available year round. With the menu at Jimmy\u2019s I intend to use only UK sourced produce, wherever possible.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The menu will be priced at \u00a322.50 for 2 courses and \u00a327.50 for 3. A daily special lunch menu will be available at \u00a315 for 2 courses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proprietor James Robertson commented,<\/strong> <em>\u201cWe are a young team at Jimmy\u2019s and both Liam, our Head Chef and Caroline Judd, our Manager, have shares in the restaurant. It\u2019s a kind of family affair.  With high streets changing so rapidly, we wanted to bring a friendly, affordable restaurant to an area both my wife and I love.  With Liam\u2019s skill as a chef, we are pleased to be able to achieve this, without compromising quality\u201d. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>In addition to the main restaurant, which seats 40 guests, an upstairs mezzanine level will seat a further 18. Downstairs, a small dining area can seat up to 12, for more private dinner celebrations or intimate get-togethers.  The restaurant is glass fronted, with outdoor seating for the summer months and is located at World\u2019s End on the Kings Road.
