Individual Restaurant Company, one of the UK\u2019s most dynamic and established restaurant operators, officially opened its first Scottish The Restaurant Bar & Grill in Glasgow on Friday 14th September. <\/p>\n

The Restaurant Bar & Grill has long established itself as one of England\u2019s most successful and reputable restaurants, attracting critical acclaim for its exceptional approach to food and drink. Known for its passion for detail and modern, elegant surroundings, the restaurant\u2019s move north of the border marks an important and exciting chapter not only for the company but also for Glasgow\u2019s vibrant dining scene.<\/p>\n

The restaurant\u2019s Princes Square location has been transformed as part of a major investment, making it one of Glasgow\u2019s most desirable restaurant and bars and strengthening the shopping mall\u2019s position as a premier eating and drinking destination. Decor is warm, chic and sophisticated, whilst its menu and cocktails are simply delicious.<\/strong><\/p>\n

All dishes featured on the eclectic menu, including the bread and ice-cream, are freshly prepared and made on the premises by the restaurant\u2019s chefs from carefully sourced ingredients. An enticing list of starters offers dishes such as fried chilli squid with noodle salad and baked mushrooms with goat\u2019s cheese, whilst main course options include roasted halibut with crab and herb crust and Thai green curry as well as more traditional dishes such as calves\u2019 liver with dried cured bacon. To round off the perfect meal, choose from a list of indulgent deserts such as sticky toffee pudding, baked New York-style cheesecake with fresh cherries or Malteser ice-cream.
