It is only the<br \/>\nfifth Indian restaurant in the capital to win such an honour and in fact<br \/>\nthe only South Indian restaurant in the UK to achieve such an honour.<\/p>\n<p>The award &#8211; the industry&#8217;s highest accolade &#8211; recognises <strong>Executive Chef<br \/>\nSriram Aylur\u2019s<\/strong> passion for contemporary southern Indian coastal<br \/>\ncuisine, his dedication to the freshest ingredients and his commitment<br \/>\nto blending traditional home cooking with modern dishes.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Commented Sriram: <\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI am absolutely delighted to receive such a<br \/>\nprestigious award.
