Beyond Paradise is being produced by New York-based event designer Michael Stern, acclaimed for his high-end, cutting-edge events. Stern has created a jungle-themed design concept that will incorporate a gourmet menu and unique celebrity entertainment to provide the ultimate entertainment options for the discerning international jet-setter and discriminating South Florida resident alike. <\/p>\n<p>The evening\u2019s festivities will commence at 7:45 p.m. with The Lagoon Dinner Dance and Paradise Cocktail Hour, held in the Paradise Courtyard and Lobby.  <strong>Guests will step onto a red carpet, leading them through a palm-tree-lined promenade.<\/strong>  A signature PeaCock-Tail welcome drink will be offered by themed hostesses, who will direct guests to the Paradise Cocktail Courtyard adorned with projected images and candlelit sofa seating.  Sensual lounge music will fill the air, while dancers dressed in exquisite peacock tail bustles and feathered masks embellish the ambience.  <\/p>\n<p>Guests will dine poolside while served a sumptuous five-course dinner prepared by THE SETAI\u2019S acclaimed <strong>Executive Chef Jonathan Wright<\/strong>, which will include Crispy Peking Duck Salad, Ostera Caviar and Scrambled Eggs, Miso Caramelized Black Cod, Steamed Langoustine Har Gau, and Roasted Wagyu Tenderloin with Maine Lobster Ravioli and Baby Turnips, finishing with a delightful array of desserts that include Croustillant of Dark Chocolate, Mango and Ginger P\u00e2t\u00e9 de Fruit and Rosewater Turkish Delight.<\/p>\n<p>Starting at 9:15 p.m., ticketholders to The Lagoon Dinner Dance will be led through an Asian candlelit tunnel to decorated VIP booths transformed into \u201cundulating aquariums.\u201d Harem dancers will entertain while soft tribal drumming fills the air.  Five hundred guests will be invited to dance atop the Robinson Crusoe-like performance stages to the sounds of Cuban beats, Latin America salsa and romantic 1940s favorites. At 11:45 p.m., The Lagoon Dinner Dance Countdown to midnight will commence with a live performance by Jennifer Hudson, who will perform songs from the hit movie \u201cDreamgirls,\u201d including the number-one track \u201cAnd I Am Telling You I\u2019m Not Going,\u201d in front of an A-list and VIP audience. At 1 a.m., this portion of the party moves into the late-night soiree.<\/p>\n<p>Starting at 10:00 p.m., ticketholders to The Beyond Paradise Party will be welcomed to a seductive, scarlet-washed nightclub filling three areas of the property: The Halle, Courtyard and Red Parrot Bar and Lounge. Guests will be offered a PeaCock-Tail and enjoy an open bar or table service.  This ultra-VIP party, set in a jungle-themed setting, will feature live performances by caged \u201cbird\u201d dancers and a Zen-like DJ. For The Beyond Paradise Party Countdown, diva dance queen and musical artist Wunmi will dominate the courtyard with her supernatural prowess, as she rings in the New Year with an Afro\u2013fusion musical and dance performance complete with a four-piece orchestra. Shortly after, the beats of club queen <strong>DJ Sky Nellor<\/strong> will fill the air with love, lust and high-energy until 3:00 a.m. <\/p>\n<p>All-inclusive tickets for <strong>The Lagoon Dinner Dance<\/strong> and <strong>The Beyond Paradise Party<\/strong> are $1,000 per person, including tax and service charge.
